Jillian Noel Hennessy

  Jillian Noel Hennessy, born on November 25, 1968 was a Canadian actor from Canada. Most well-known for her roles in the American television shows Law & Order (where she played Claire Kincaid, a prosecutor) and Crossing Jordan (where she played Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons). She has also acted on films such as RoboCop 3 (most wanted) and Crossing Jordan (which she wrote and directed). Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy was her father. He was a meat seller and a sales/marketing executive. This position required a lot of travel and led to frequent family moves. Maxine the secretary mother of Maxine, left the family in 1982. Eleanor, Eleanor's paternal grandmother, looked after her daughter, who lived in Kitchener. She has a younger brother named John Paul "J.P." Hennessy, Jr., and an identical twin sister named Jacqueline She is a magazine writer and TV show host in Canada. Hennessy is of Irish, French and Swedish descent, with some Ukrainian Roma and Austrian ancestry. She attended Grand River Collegiate Institute and Stanley Park Senior Public School. Hennessy was the younger sister of her brother who made their acting debut in 1988 as twin call-girls in Dead Ringers. Gillian Anderson, Gillian Anderson's actress, says she was nominated for Dana Scully, The X-Files role. She was also in the Dead Ringers series in 1988 as twin call girls. Dick Wolf signed Hennessy in 1993 for the role of Claire Kincaid, an assistant district attorney, in the NBC crime drama Law & Order. She played the role for three seasons before leaving the show in 1996.
