debut came in 1995's independent drama Kids. She has since starred in films
such as He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (1901), Men in Black II
(2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and Percy Jackson and the
Olympians (2010). Dawson has also provided voice-over work for Disney/Marvel
and Warner Bros./DC Comics and ViacomCBS's Nickelodeon unit.For her role in
Rent, Dawson won the Satellite Award for Best Supporting Actress - Motion
Picture; for her part in Top Five, she was nominated for the Critics' Choice
Award for Best actor in a Comedy. Dawson was born on May 9, 1979, in New York
City. Isabel Celeste, her mother, is Afro-Cuban. Isabel was 16 years old at the
time that Rosario was born; she did not marry Rosario's father, Patrick C.
Harris. Rosario was a teenager when her mother married Greg Dawson (a
construction worker). Dawson is four years older than Clay. Clay is Dawson’s
half-brother. Dawson is also famous for several roles in comic-book adaptions.
In the year 2020, she played Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The
Mandalorian, and is expected to be a part of the coming Disney+ original series
Ahsoka. In 2021, she'll reprise her role as Young Rock, a Dwayne Johnson comedy
